Buying Criteria for Prospective Target Company

·        A logistics company located in Miami with the ability to function internationally

·        A stable company with a proven history of sales revenue and profitability preferably with EBITDA’s in the range of $500,000-$2,000,000 but all ranges will be considered

·        An established company with a strong reputation of integrity and professionalism

·        A company with key management personnel in place, possibilities for current ownership to remain will be available

·        A company able to capture synergies from improved efficiencies and capitalization that a parent company can provide

 

While all transactions eventually maintain their own unique path the general process will proceed as follows:

 

Stage 1
